Someone already posted but I thought I would post as new since it looked like an old issue. A friend and I are playing the scenario but he's able to make wheels and cockpits etc. I (nonhost) am unable to build most of the components needed to build a rover ect. So I focus on building armor blocks and the frame/repair while he does the other stuff. I believe the stuff we've hacked I have ability to make so far but I lack the basic starting blueprints
