Certain miscs like the Uber-Wear and FIzzy Pharmacist remove the Medic's sleeves, exposing his forearms. But part of this cosmetic's model seems to be the bunched up sleeve at the end of the hand. Does this mean that any cosmetic which changes or removes the sleeves would clash with this one, as the pulled up sleeve would be added where it's not appropriate?
