I am not getting the error log for HugsLib. I have Variable Population loaded lower in the mods list than HugsLib. However, Variable Population still does not seem to be working; There is no slider in the Options - Mod Settings menu.

I am only trying it with three mods. HugsLib, Variable Population, and Smart Speed (In that order). Maybe the error doesn't appear until you try to access the mods settings menu?
