check version and update
basic q&a hopefully:
i downloaded this awesome story a bit ago, but now i wonder if i have the latest version, and how do i get it updated if not.

i have subscribed through steam, and have the game auto added to campaign selection, i cant seem to find the content folder (like i can with other manually downloaded games).
also, when i am playing the game, the only version i can see is the games version, not your story arc.

im sure this is an easy, two-button-selection-fix.

The best way - for me (!) - to make sure that I have the newest version of any UGC:
1) unsubscribe
2) remove UGC
3) end game
(this should help you to get rid of all old version files)
4) restart game
5) subscribe UGC
6) end game
(see below)
7) start game..

To me it seems that Steam updates content only when the game is ended / closed.

You can always grab the latest version as a manual download at Shadowrun Returns Nexus Mods site.

i did this, but as mentioned above, i have done a file by file search on my comp, and i am unsure where steam places these files.
i subscribed - which does the auto install, and then i have manually downloaded the latest 2.01 files, but am unfamiliar with steam to know where to copy them to.
