Here is many items for dark elf (with description).
Select buildings giving you favor - actions post-battle/winning decisive victories - maybe when you reach a new tier of chivalry you get a bag of favor too?
That said, the devs teasing the new FreeLC looks very Bretonian to me - that chalice is suspect! :P Maybe they're also thinking in these lines concerning crafting. or maybe its "just" some grail questing.
"Forge" name; Cult of The Lady
Resource used; Chivilary and a new one called "Faith"
It will include same stuff as this mod, but additionally have;
Political manipulation, "religion" spreading, crusading bonuses for all armies over like x amount turns for x amount of resource.
Banners/followers
Maybe some elite unit recruitment.
Neither here nor there on the commandment thing. Could screw up some other mods like overhauls and such. I do agree with making some super rare ones that can only be accessed with an obscene amount of resource. Something around 600-800 imo. While lizardmen can use most of the artifacts left by the Old Ones, they have no clue how most of them work. So if something breaks, it's broken forever. I think that a good theme would be repairing broken tech that the Old Ones left behind, but they're only able to do so by interpreting their teachings.
It'd be cool to see some items reduce peasant or knight upkeep, increase the peasant cap, or even summon the green knight temporarily. Even better, granting regeneration. As far as a loreful way to implement it, I have no clue. It could be interesting to see more items unlock as you control more and more of bretonnia, but that seems like it would be too much unnecessary work.
With resource management, I don't think it should cost chivalry. Bretonnia has enough things that cost chivalry (some tech, sacking, ransom, raiding, some buildings). A new resource sounds great though, something generated by maybe releasing/replenishing after a fight instead of executing-sort of like a reward for being the "good guy". Or it could be based on how many actual units you have left after battle-lets say you end up sacrificing 4 peasant units, you get 4 less of that resource.
I must say, I am enjoying the per turn accumulation of Ithilmar for the high elves. Could just follow that, but call if "favor"
