Unable to spawn most vehicles with infiSTAR
does any other also have the issue or is it a issue related to infiSTAR?

It's a mod conflict. Can't really help you much more here. You need to do this the old fashioned way. Load up 3CB factions. CBA and run it on an empty map with no scripts - that's it. Then re-introduce your other mods until it breaks. Then you'll know what is breaking it.

Sorry, I have never used infiSTAR so if there is a problem, I don't know what it is likely to be. If you can spawn the vehicles in without using infiSTAR and just using the 3CB Factions + required mods, then it must be either a mod conflict as SerJames suggests, or something to do with infiSTAR itself.
