That is the animation for adding treadboards to the MH9. I've no idea why that is preventing your game from launching. All I can suggest is either deleting and redownloading the mod again in cause it is corrupt, or try loading the mod with just the required dependencies. Failing that, perhaps verify your game files? The animation itself is a BI animation. I've had no issues loading the game, and this error has not been previously reported before.
