Units don't spawn with their designated clothing, missing clothing items when compared to unit image

Some units will be wearing entirely different uniforms from the ones they spawn with, some will be wearing clothing items that outright don't exist in the loadout menu (like the black balaclava on some insurgent units), is there a required mod I am missing?

Hello. Could you please test again with just 3CB Factions. RHS, and cba_a3 running. There is a possibility that another mod in your modset is causing the issue. If it still persists, please tell me which units so that I can test.
