Land Rovers don't have scroll wheel options available until 'L' Lights on is actioned
Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn Land Rove (any variation)
2. Get in as Driver
3. Scroll wheel for 'Lights On'
4. No option is displayed
5. Press (default) 'L' for lights
6. Scroll wheel
7. 'Lights Off' is present
8. Scroll wheel again

Actual:

No lights 'On' is present

Expected:

'Lights 'On' present

Outcome:

User has to press 'L' again. No option of 'Lights On' or 'Lights Off' is ever offered to user.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. The issue you report is true of BI's cars as well. The Land Rover inherits all of that from Car_F. I don't touch the system for AI / scroll wheel options and vehicle lights. If you try it with a standard car included in the game, you will see that the situation is the same. You have no scroll wheel option to turn them on, but if you press L, the option to turn them off appears in the scroll wheel menu.

Hi there, thanks for the response and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Seems now ALL assets display this behaviour so I am guessing ACE may have just removed it or something. I dunno? LOL.
