Mission-breaking problem with Ardistan Vehicles
Haven't tracked down yet if it's a single veh or a few, and your .pbo's are protected, so I couldn't check if it was a simple config typo, but anyway:

This stops mission from loading. When I delete them vehicles - mission starts.
Pls fix

It's not. It is the RHS attribute numbering system. It happens if you adjust something in the Eden attributes regarding the vehicle numbers and then go back to it. I am attempting to fix but I don't seem to be able to yet. However I've managed to reproduce with just RHS running on vehicles such as the Sea Stallion so I am not sure if I can fix it. As you can see, it is an actual RHS reference link rather than anything UK3CB.

So, if you are running just the RHS packs and cba_a3, if you place the Sea Stallion down in the Eden editor, go into its attributes and fold the rotors, okay that and the rotors will fold on the model. Then if you use the undo button in the top left of the Editor menu, you will get the warning error about the numbers pop up while the rotors will now be unfolded. There appears to be an underlying issue somewhere. All I can suggest is that you don't modify the attributes of the vehicles you place.

Is there anyway to... welp... globally [for 3CB Factions] force-off the numbering system?

The numbering system works. It is a case of not modifying the attributes and backing out. We use Ardistan and the other Factions with RHS reskins. If you spawn them in Zeus or put them down in Eden as is, there is no issue. We use them in our missions without issue, as do most users of the pack. I have reported the issue to RHS as well so hopefully they might ultimately have a solution.
