Is there a model download available?

I would like to use this as a mod in my game, is that possible at all?
Also I really want to use this model in some SFM posters, is there any way that could be arranged as well?
Thank you, I really love this model so much and still hope it is put into the game.

Also I just noticed that this is tagged as Halloween, but as a side note I really think this should be available as just a regular cosmetic item. Making it only available as a Halloween cosmetic is somewhat insulting, in my opinion. But maybe that's just me.
