How to get to the realm of the angels??

As I started the mech quest(finally), I immediately got a random popup saying there was a door to the realm of the angels and that angel Xequeyzriel awaited me, but I can't seem to find it?

A popup during the MECH QUEST? Now that's random... I can't really explain that...
Have you completed the main story on a different character, or were you finally doing the mech quest AFTER already completing the main story on this character???
