Excalibur needs banned from skins for at least 3 years.

Holy mother of necromancy. I never said anything bad about the art, and nor should xcal art be suppressed.

Art is subjective. No one should be expected to love it for the sake of loving it.

-Yes. Talent. It's a thing, A thing I'll never have, but I respect it. Not the point
-Yes. They work hard. Everyone works hard. I work hard trying not to be fired because I suck at everything and do not deserve a paying job. Also, I very much respect hard work, I am a basic labor worker that nobody gives a damn about, but what I help build won't get built if I didn't exist. Not the point

-Yes. Xcal is Warframe's flagship frame, it is the edgelord's god. Xcal isn't even played as much beyond your first frame. Hell, I can't even recall the last time I have even seen an Xcal. But he has skins like he's the top frame played. Not the point.

Now the point is saturation. Or Flooding. While it does help to work with things you love, or are familiar with. But sometimes, the best things come from an artist that stepped outside of their comfort zone.

There are a ridiculous number of neglected frames that deserve skins.

The skin isn't bad, that does not mean bad art does not exist.
The skin is good, that does not mean everything created by any artist ever is good.

Personally, I never cared for Xcal, and it's probably one of the most boring frames to play. Appearance. Eh, I don't really have too much of an opinion of Xcals appearance. Probably could care less.

I love art, I live for art. It's probably one of the things I wake up every morning for, art is the reason I feed myself. Art is the reason I play and enjoy video games. Art is the reason i'm ♥♥♥♥ing broke. But I would LOVE to see talent applied to other frames.

Then just don't look at excal skins. If someone wants to make a skin for him, it's not your place to say they can't. Just move on if it's something you're not interested in.

I agree with Thuban, I just dislike it when an excalibur skin takes the place of another frame's skin. Dont get me wrong, you've done a fantastic job here and I'd love to see you transfer your skills into other frames but I personally see no reason to buy a tennogen excalibur skin when there's about 12 other also great ones to choose from

I never said they couldn't, not directly anyway. Ugh, I hate this damnable language to death. I didn't mean it like that. It was sort of sarcastic I guess? I mean it's too late to tell them they can't make a skin for excal, is it not? A lot of other Warframes don't even have one Tennogen skin.

Excal is so saturated with skins, it's becoming a joke. A joke that you should ignore. "Oh yea, just another Excal skin. Nothing to see here people, move along."

The talent here is obvious. But the character is a meme at this point and not worth investing in.

It's also not your place to tell me what I can't tell people. It's called criticism. Now crawl back into your dirt hole, little worm.

I don't think it's called criticism if your "critique" is just "nobody should want this because there are already skins for Excalibur." You aren't talking about the good and bad points of the skin, just that it shouldn't exist in your opinion, which is not at all criticism.

There is no reason to attack a content creator for making a skin for any frame they want. If you think the market for Excalibur skins is over saturated and you want skins for specific frames then make them yourself, don't shoot down peoples work just because you can't see the value in it.

I agree that Excal skins are kind of too prevalent but being a ♥♥♥♥ about it isn't going to help get the point across. While others might have what ever taste in frame at the end of the day it's your tools, your art/product.
