Cortana is Ready Popup [Bug?]

I usually play machine empires and I saw that at some point there are no more appliable research options for Cortana, except for Robotic Workers tech.

The problem is that Machine Empires can't research that tech, so every month the "Cortana is ready for use" popup keeps coming up because of that tech.
Is it normal?

Yes it's a bug, fix incoming. I'll add an option to deactivate Cortana in this case of out of options.
