Turning off random mutations(For everyone)
There needs to be a feature that turns off random mutation, I'm tired of losing -5 intellegince and im tired of all the faction people changing, It bugs me when there's mutants and cyborgs in the Alien Shogunate and orcs and dinjis in the Rennisaince States.
