Turrets dont attack at random?

Anyone else had that issue? it doesnt seem to affect fighter turrets but large heavy and light turrets will stop attacking for no reason... they seem to start attacking again when i control them directly then stop controlling they fire and track targets for a bit then stop...

Yeah I just had a Reaver rock me with rockets and the three triple heavy laser turrets just sat there and took it...

I cannot get this mod to work correctly. The turrets will only shoot once and then stop tracking targets. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed, I've deleted the mod folder, I've even reinstalled SE. Nothing works. Any clues, works fine for all my friends.
