English relocalization
Here is what I've done thus far. For compatibility purposes, I am not changing filenames or any Def names.

Here is Text_Kijin.xml in full (the important bits bolded/italicized for easy reading). I'm not sure how to trigger these messages with the debug tools, so I don't know how they look in-game.

Haven't forgotten about this. I got a bit hung up on the backstory file, relocalizing these is difficult.

I don't mind at all, please use it.

I built up such a backlog in my day to day life, I actually did forget about this. My apologies. I've had no time for games at all. Hopefully I'll have time to try Kijin 2.0, that sounds nice.
