Suggestion to improve the mechanics for disinfected rags
Currently, you can't tell which rags are disinfected and which are not. (to avoid wound infection when using a non-disinfected rag) Even worse: what happens if you combine disinfected rags with non-disinfected rags?

My suggestion would be to improve crafting in this way: if you disinfect a rag or a pile of rags, then a rag disappears, and new object is created on the floor "disinfected rag".

The new object "disinfected rag" should only be stackable with other disinfected rags but keep the same features as normal rags (for all other crafting recipes) just added the disinfected attribute to avoid wound infection.

Just assume all rags are "dirty" and disinfect them as you go. Keep track of your inventory and what is where...keep away from zombies so you dont get cut/infected all the time. Sounds like in-ability to adapt/strategize than an actual problem with the rags.

don't tell me how to play the game. i'm just trying to make a suggestion to make the mechanic of disinfecting a little more intuitive.
