Shots deal knockback
100% critical hit chance vs enemies launched airborne via damage, airblast, jetpacks, or grappling hooks
-67% clip size penalty
-25% non crit or mini-crit damage penalty
No random critical hits

It looks good as an anti pyro/scout weapon. Maybe good for throttling enemy medics too, like an anti-uber.

Knock-back gun
+ 100% knock back
+ 20% tighter spread
- Mini-crits instead of crits

I enjoyed the concept of a FAN lite, but I don't think a reserve shooter for heavy is the right move. I know this won't get added with this concept , but I think it would be a fun side-grade.

Positive

Carries 40 bullets instead of 32
Each pellet deals 100% more damage
20% more bullets
Moves 35% faster per kill for 20 seconds (does not stack)
Has a bar like the 'baby faces blaster' but it fill it self immediately if you kill someone and slowy drains until your boosts ends

Negative

Has only 4 bullets in a clip instead of 6
50% wider spread
25% slower reload speed
Shoots 15% slower
If you killed someone you can't switch until your boost ends
Does not have crits
Mini-crits grants only a 5% damage boost (only for kritzkrieg medics)

Only if active
User moves 15% slower

Description

Heavy is going to kick your tiny baby ass back to your own country.

+100% knockback
+Kills increase movement and firing speed by 10% up to a maximum of +80%

-Missing decreases speed by 2%
-Speed is reset on death
-4 shots in a clip
-Will only mini-crit
not about stats. sorry, but I think you should probably rename this gun to "little buddy" in Russian, considering that it's a weapon for heavy.

This gun feels like this to me:
+25% more damage
+100% knockback on the midair, etc etc
-67% clip size
- 10% reload speed

So this is a fat scout?
what if we make this a fat scout weapon?

+30% more damage
+every kill increases move speed by 5% (up to +20%)
+15% firing speed

-70% less minigun ammo
-34% clip size
-it holsters 25% slower

How about that? i think it would be fun to use

what if

+25% damage
-5% speed when equiped
-20% firing speed
-10% spread
on kill gain +10% to walking speed and reload speed while drawn equiped up to 75%

on kill heavy says "SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE GUN"

+GRENADE meter slowly builds over ten seconds. Killing an enemy removes 1 second from the remaining cooldown.
+Once GRENADE meter is full, use the secondary fire to launch a bomb that deals about 60 damage in a wide radius.
+Shoot the grenade after launching it to detonate it prematurely doubling the damage and splash radius.

-Downsides
flyk 14 May, 2019 @ 7:31pm
Upsides:
+50% damage bonus
+Dealing damage builds "Capiche" meter (working title)
+When Full, "Capiche" meter grants full mini-crits to your shotgun and increases movement speed by 20% for ten seconds

Downsides:
-50% Clip size
-10 shots in reserve (22)
+20% Bullet spread

What if the gun, instead of dealing knockback, pulls the enemy INTO the shooter? That way instead of forcing away targets and dealing less damage with each shot, they're yanked in a little closer. A chaser shotgun.
