It could be (world's first) shotgun reskin. Or it could be a faster firing, lower damage dealing weapon. So teccnicaly a fammily's buisness reskin.

Reverse family buisness. 4 in clip, but each shot is more damage. full clip total damage would be the same as stock, so in 4 shots you can do the equivalent of 6 shots from the stock. a miss is a bigger issue, so it rewards good aim.

+20% more accurate
-15% damage
+10 reload speed
-1 bullet in clip

Since shotguns aren't that strong on heavy in lieu of sandwiches; I was thinking a shotgun with mobility mechanics and movement sounded like a good idea.

pros:
+25% switch to and switch from speed
+20% jump height while weapon is active
deals massive knockback when fired, allowing the user to perform shotgun jumps
+500% pellet damage (so 45 per pellet)

cons:
-80% pellets per shot (so it just shoots two pellets)
-50% clip size (3 shots)
-47% ammunition carried (so 15 shots or five clips)

basically, it's a big scary gun with insane accuracy and speed. I tried to create stats that paired well with my idea for the revolutionary. Basically, it's a super jump movement gun that packs quite a punch.

Pros:
+30 Firing Speed
+2 Shotgun Shells
On hit: Build Gangsta Meter
Cons:
Takes FOREVER to reload (8 seconds)
-20% slower move speed on wearer
(Gangsta meter: Gives an effect where you take 15 less damage from all damage sources and gives reload time (-2 seconds))
