However earth does have some downsides, for example if fire is on the high ground, fire is pretty much untouchable because earth has no way to deal with things that are above it, only the attack that drops rocks from above can reach fire if its their, but its unreliable when used as a direct attack
Fire also has a huge downside compared to earth, and its that it is really bad at defending itself, having no mobility or any terrain forming like earth, makes it so its vulnerable all the time to attack, but earth can usually make rocks all over the place, to block line of sight if needed, which makes fire have to go around, which is usually a bait, because right when he goes around the rocks thatt are stacked, you will usually die to a rock spike
Of course this is just my experience with the swep lol
With Earth, you don't have as mush op attacks but you can defend yourself.
With Fire, you have op attacks but there is no defense whatsoever.
