Not sure if it was bugged or just very, very rare. I went over it anyway and it definitely shows up now. Will be updated when I update it for the patch version 2.3.0 today.

The repeatable tech repeats infinitely instead of stopping one all slots are unlocked.

Still happening now. Works perfectly otherwise. While its easy enough to ignore the tech in the tech window, my OCD desire to research ALL THE THINGS is triggered by this one.
