Now, with the power issues I mentioned initially(I assume that's why you're asking for the mod list), I found out it was because the Projector had been raised to 75MW, which is why I deleted that part.
Paint Gun - realistic painting for suvival + special creative features Not Compatible currently.

100kg Ice (20L) in the H2/O2 Generator generates 500 L Oxy and 500 L Hydro
100kg Ice in the Refinery (100% efficiency) generates 21.7kg (0.22L) Liquid Oxy and 43.5 (0.44L) Liquid Hydro
Putting these into Evaporators will result in 6,509 L Oxy and 13,049 L Hydro
So the Oxy production is about 13x efficient and the Hydro production 26x efficient in evaporators compared with the H2/O2 Generator.
Maybe you could double the Hydro production in H2/O2 Generators and reduce the production of the Evaporators to 1/10.

1. Projector block (small grid, may be large too) consumes 75 MW in any state - ON, OFF or half grinded, To stop this i have to remove it completely.
2. I spent hours searching for Ruthenarsenite and Rhodochrosite on Earth with no results, may be something wrong with ore distribution?
3. Noble gases (Krypton, Xenon), if i understand correctly, are available on Europa. To get there from Earth i need a JumpDrive, to make it i need Quantum processor and other hi-end parts, to make them i need noble gases. Is there other way to acquire this gases?
4. Misspelling - GUM metal instead of GUN metal.
Projectors are intended to be endgame block and require a lot of power. The issue with their power consumption on/off is a keen limit/issue. i tried to fix this and i am unable to without rewriting and handling all the coding for the block.
Its hard to say for the ore. The planets all have specific ores on them. Earth will have both of the ores mentioned. I have at one point found them on the planet , I just can not recall where.
The Voyager comes with a jumpdrive. Without a drive it would take time to get to the planets. Vanilla Respawn Ships make the mod very hard. If you dont want the extreme difficulty look and using other custom respawns.
There is an alloy called GUM Metal. This is not a spelling error.
