Note. I've been trying to mess around with a few diffrent files to no avail. Searching online yields nothing. I've been looking for a planets.xml in both the game files and also the workshop mods files. can't find a file name simply "planets.xml"

Planets_WW file works for me

There's a couple different names, some of them are legacy files - but I modified this xml file and tested it and it works alright!

As Brandon said above, Planets_WW works for me most of the time. Be sure to check in-game if the credit value of the planet is the same as the number you typed in the xml file!

Just going to be honest. I wouldn't edit the income for planets. If anything, edit the amount of credits you start with. Changing too many incomes for planets and such can unbalance the game and make things even harder. Trust me...I tried lol.
