Seemingly randomly, I lose the ability to build frigates on Lehon altogether. I've been at Tech 3, had a Level 3 space station, and had built all three shipyards prior to building the Star Forge. At first everything works normally. Then, randomly when I click back over to Lehon, I can't build frigates. I've played around with the filters in every which way and even tried deleting and rebuilding some of the shipyard components. This is the second time I've had this bug, and it kind of kills a key component of building the Star Forge. Please assist.
