Game Freezes after my fleet returns to planet after auto battle defeat
Just as title said, my entire game just freezes. Checked multiple times; sadly there seems to be no solution. Tried loading autosave and my own save files, but unfortunately they are all saved after the battle is defeat, so once the fleet arrive at its destination the game just freezes.
No idea how this had been triggered, i use auto battle a lot, and its the first time i encountered this problem. Any suggestions about how to avoid this? Quite frustrating after finding I had to start once more

According to what the devs explained quite a while ago, that is usually caused by multiple AI fleets arriving at the same planet simultaneously and attempt to autoresolve the battle, which the game is not prepared for.
Launching a massive aggression against one of the factions before they send the fleet may be a solution by interrupting their strategy and making their fleet go other place, however it seems that for your condition that is not quite optional...
Just a reminder, have multiple save files can reduce the loss cost by such bugs.
