As the title says, in a defensive battle where i have 10 Z-95 headhunters and 5 hullcrackers as a defence force including my station, when the Z-95 spawn in at the start of the battle, a bunch of them just...blow up. I'm left with 3 of each and I just don't understand what would cause this. when the battle starts I can hear explosions which i can only assume are my fighters. This has happened a couple times and it's incredibly frustrating when it's a close battle and i could have won with those additional fighters that I SHOULD HAVE HAD.
