A Better Source for Freeman's Mind Voice Tracks
I've noticed that you've sourced the quotes directly from the episodes either via YouTube or their video file downloads. And I think that this is very unsuitable, especially with how much you've raised the db Levels to presumably make them audible in Black Mesa's soundscape, when Ross Scott has the isolated voice tracks from the entire series along with his unused DotA 2 voice pack available for download here instead:

Perhaps it's a "Start from Scratch" job to make use of this, but these would make a much better source for your mod's audio & require less aggressive editing to make them work in Black Mesa's soundscape.

Would be nice seeing the mod updated with these tracks, even if incrementally and over time.

The message was received, and that's as much as I hoped would happen. They do largely have to start from scratch to replace the whole lot with better audio samples, but hopefully working with the voice tracks will be much less hassle (No additional SFX to dodge). Just keep a watchful eye & see if anything happens in the future.

Oh shoot, I feel kinda bad not noticing this discussion any earlier. I'm letting everyone that's coming here that the update is well underway. From what I remember, ( As of the time posting this message at least ) I have a little over HALF of the audio files finished! I will also be adding the Xen clips as they come out.

I use a custom folder instead of being subbed so I won't get the update. So please make a post in this discussion so I will know to update it.
