2.6.1 Star Patterns Event Fix
Event already bugged? Look here!
This mod is preventative only, so installing it alone won't fix the bugged event for you. However, I'll tell you how you can fix it!

After installing this mod, you'll start by selecting a fleet, outpost, mining station, etc. This ship will be where the event centers its search for a target star. If you want to be very authentic then you can have it happen in the same system where you got the anomaly. But hey, if it already bugged on you feel free to center it somewhere advantageous for you, such as near a binary/trinary star system you want the extra energy to appear in. Just note not to trigger it in that system itself; there's a minimum distance of 10 galactic units to valid stars from the selected ship object.

Once you have this ship, etc. object selected, open the command console using the ~ key. Then use the this console command:
event distar.1070

With this mod installed that'll run the new and improved version of the event. Good luck out there!
