Bug: Refining/Buttress available from the beginning
Hello,
I think there is an issue regarding the dependencies.
It seems that the techs "Refining" and "Buttress" do not have any predecessors, which means they can be selected from the beginning (although taking ages).

For humans it is no issue, but playing with AI I noticed, that they focus on that science (maybe because it is so advanced).
I was playing for long time, starting industrial age with coal and stuff, while the AI still just have hundrets of warriors and galleys around. I could also build all wonders, because I guess they have not unlocked it, because of the oil refining.
