Event already bugged? Look here!
The mod by itself doesn't apply retroactively. To get the event going again, enter the system-level view and select the planet it was supposed to happen on such that the planet window is open. Then open the command console with ~ and use copy and paste to enter this command:
effect begin_event_chain = { event_chain = "subterranean_civilization_chain" target = ROOT } enable_special_project = { name = "SEISMIC_DISTURBANCE_1_PROJECT" location = this owner = root } enable_special_project = { name = "SEISMIC_DISTURBANCE_2_PROJECT" location = this owner = root }

That'll reset the event chain for you, and if you have this mod installed you'll have the full length of time to pick an option. Good luck out there!

Hey i have a question. I use the GOG version and i wanted to use your two mods to fix the bugs. Any idea how i can get them to work?

You'll need to create a blank personal mod of your own to host it inside of through the Launcher, but here's a link to the innards. https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/stellaris-subterranean-civilization-incorrect-timeout-2-5-1.1309669/#post-26174234

I'll throw one up for the Star Patterns soon.
