Glowvines not growing?

The info panel shows they should grow between 32-136 F, but the buggers refuse to and keep telling me "not ideal temperature, not growing" even though other plants with the same range are growing fine two tiles over. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

I had a similar-ish problem for a bit, where it kept giving me the "bad temperature" warning. On my end it was because it was too cold. I've found 41F to be a good temp.
