Ahn´Qiraj
I started as "Ahn´Qiraj" and change to "Emerald Nightmare" along the way.
Now i got a Problem (Maybe). The Mission "Subjegation of Onyxia" don´t trigger,
even i maxed out the relationship.

Could it be, that because i´m not "Ahn´Qiraj" anymore, and that is why it want trigger anymore?

In the Mission is to read...

Onyxia´s Liar:
Is a subject nation
Onyxia´s Liar opinion of Ahn´Qiraj is at least 150.

Yup, the mission defines that its opinion of Anh'Qiraj specifically. I didn't think of somone chaning tag along the way. So ye, the mission will be broken. Today was the update, but I will keep that in mind to change it for the future one.

You can use console to skip that mission
