The new leader DLCs have been out for quite a while so it would be really cool if Portugal was added in order to balance Spain out. Since Spain is separated from the rest of Europe by a mountain range it provides Spain with an unfair advantage, Portugal would act as a competitor for territorial struggle if added. Also Gandemo's Morrocco would be nice too, as it would act as a competitor from the South. It would disable Spain's ability to expand into the South, making it have to invade Morroco, Portugal or France.
