Update plans
Upcoming new version will have a partical drip\splash system at the water tower. Possible some horses and another partical systems in the skybox. Blend in the model edges on the buildings.

Updated version is now on the workshop. I includes blowing dust both in map and skybox, a windmill, weather vane, crow sounds, reduced dog sounds, changed the cactuse to a csgo plant, changed old hangman rope to a new rope, changed old steps to hangman to new csgo model, matched the edges to the skybox, more model edges that are color matched to siding, and much more.

Next update will fix the phatom tombstone. Thanks WarOwl. Fix a bug allowing players to walk on clipping around the sheriffs building. Also found a few tricks that may help optimize the map a bit. Lastly if possible I want the hangmans rope to move like its pushed by wind. I may retry using a func_train and func_paths.

Any update plans ? Your westwood is the best, but sometimes crashing client's game.

Yes this will also be fixed in the next update. The none workshop version on ecg community server isn't showing any problems but doesn't use the new nav. Think the custom work on the nav may have created the problem. More testing will be performed to ensure the next verison is bug free. Thanks for your post on this issue.

Version 2:
- Added alot of custom models to replace old texture details.
- Added more custom bump map textures.
- Added train and model railroad tracks.
- Replaced some displacements with models.
- Changed size of bombsite in Ye old to plant on stairs and tables.
- Slowed down dust and water drip by half.
- Reduced edge models visable range to enhance map performance.
- Detailed broken down porches so better visual effect.
- Removed some static dust triggers to clear visual area.
- Added card tables with playing cards.
- Slowed windmill because its to old to be spin so good.
- Removed 5 displacements not visible from within the play area.
- Fixed the water tower joists being shadow black and gave them a bit of a blue water lighting.
- Reduced the windows open at A bombsite over terrorist spawn to balance for smaller number of players.
- Optimized the map gaining 25+ fps.
- Changed beam ledges func type and clip them from being walkable.
- Added beam ledges on barber shop.
- Added bloom effects to make the outside look more desert bright.
- Added sun effect.
- Cleaned up the outer parts of the map to make it more visible.
- Fixed draw distance of a mattress to ensure players cant see though the cells in sheriffs.
- Pro clipped just about every corner to keep players from getting blocked on windows, doors, and roof corners.
- Removed one swinging door at A bombsite to balance low number of players.

There is still a big room for further fps optimizzzing. Last version is OK, all these details are great, but dont forget abt usability! People love this good old map so pls go ahead and meke it better

I'll do all I can. I was looking for valve to step up with an 8 core optimized engine for the game. That would help adding more area portals in an open map.
