Bug due to mod (Cursed seed)

Yo,
Bro I started game with your mod and really i love it but i found small problem...
On seed below well there is that magic gate (E) that you cannot use due to wormhole in it.

Seed: SandWorldWhereYouDie
Sector: -59:179
Object: East Gate

Can we get any failsafe for it?
And did others got same issue?
