Dunno if you compare the skills for example: An ice orb can clear a whole room by itself.
The ranger has an Auto-Attack which gets faster while standing still but still can kill enemies out of your screen.
Sure the geomancer clearly aims for a different more defensive playstyle but please don't let the class end like the wizard :P
