HR Bug?
Hello all,

I'm having an issue collecting HR points. I have captured two towns, but for every resources tick, I only receive a monetary tax and no increase in HR. Could this be a bug, or is there something that I'm not quite doing right?

Ya'll I would just use the full release of Antistasi now, its much more functional and has the same perks as the singleplayer version
