Please reconsider the name
It sounds like you tried to make a lisping person pronounce "Gas mask". For the love of everything that is holy, reconsider the name.

Pretty Sure the Name fits pretty well with the grineer language
Ferrix 14 AGO 2019 a las 1:48 p. m.
Maybe Respor? Like respirator? I can envision it being pronounced by a Grineer, what with their rolling R thing they've got going on with their language and it being corrupted English basically.
Hazuki-chan 14 AGO 2019 a las 4:30 p. m.
The Grineer language itself is basically mutated american english in the first place, though.

"Skoom" - Scum

"Attaf" - Attack

"Ket klem!" - Get them!

"Fan oot!" - "Fan out!"

Et cetera.

Y'guys didn't notice that?^^

So while I'm not sure the title of this item is completely accurate to Grineer substitution conventions (see also (speech) about 2/5ths down this page https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Grineer_Language ), it isn't that far off either, and I'm not sure if the specific letters for Gas Mask would have a given substitution rule or not. I'd probably ask DE if it was me, but then I'm kind of a language enthusiast...

the name is the best part, silence yourself

I agree, awful name. Just reach out to DE, they have a good track record for Grineer names. The mask is badass tho, I am buying it. Q: Are you considering making a Visor also?..

Precisely my thought. The Grineer language is just a pidgin of English-gone-wrong. Gath Mathk is such an amusingly perfect name that fits into the etymology of the universe that I thought ANYONE could see even if they don't care a squat for language that it boggles my mind that's a complaint.

I certainly have no problem with it.

Mike Tyson sponsored gas mask

Please reconsider your life
This name is the best thing I've ever seen in my time playing this game and DE would be fools to change even a single letter of it

Personally, I always thought Grineer sounded kinda Slavic, so I looked up some different translations for gas mask/respirator. What comes up most is "gaz maska", or some variation thereof. With that in mind, I would suggest Gazmak; aside from sounding more Grineer-ish, it also sounds kinda like "hazmat", which suits the theme well.

Apparently, it also means "to gas" in Turkish, or "to dig" in Turkmen. This is also suiting, considering the Grineer's use of chemical warfare, as well as their mining background.
Vaz 15 AGO 2019 a las 2:10 a. m.
Gazmak is an awesome idea, +1

What about Reth Rator?

Taking the word Respirator, making it grineerish (Rethperator), then shorten the word and split, since Grineer are dummies who aren't great with big words.
