I also gave them Bio-Ships from the unofficial hive DLC, which fits in very well with the food boost from radiotrophic worlds and is a lot of fun to play. Would love to see the AI managing it.
The glitch looks like this: After starting a new game, the capital starts with two of each district, but no more districts other than city districts can be built. After the first month passes, all energy, agriculture, and mining districts are deleted. The planet itself has no planetary features other than blockers.
