Mods pack creation and installation
_____________________________________________________________________

Thanks to Dr Zhivago, he made an image instructions how to install mod packs, created with RimPy. They are much more better than text.

Check them here: https://imgur.com/a/kO3HuvY

The idea is to make steam workshop collections more user-friendly - easier to install, use, delete. RimPy tries to do that. Now you can create a mod (that contains all needed configs and settings) and add it to your steam workshop collection. Rimpy scans your active modsconfig.xml file for active mods, looks for needed configuration files and packs them in new mod (that you should upload to steam workshop and add to your mod collection)

User clicks subscribe to all, runs RimPy press install mods pack and runs the game with your mod pack. Mod pack installation is done in new folder created in RimPy Mod Manager settings folder and runs the game with "-savedatafolder=" key. So original users config files are untouched.

How to create:
1. Run RimPy and setup game folder, configs folder, steam mods folder, local mods folder.
2. Move needed mods to active list and press Save
3. Press Pack configs and choose or create new folder where mod content will be stored.
4. Press Ok.
5. Upload newly created mod on steam workshop and create new collection with mods from (2) and newly created mod.

Installation:
1. Open steam workshop mods collection and press subscribe to all.
2. Wait till all mods downloaded
3. Run RimPy and setup game folder, configs folder, steam mods folder, local mods folder.
4. Go to Mod packs tab.
5. Choose mod pack, choose "Mod list + pack configs" and press Install.
6. On Mod packs tab press Run pack.

I hoped that can use the local mods in mods pack. You must be know,a few mods of steam aren't have translation, and that is a trouble.

@HawnHan, do you really need such functionality? There is one big problem with local mods - user can change the mod folder name. If he do so, Rimworld will deactivate mod in ModsConfig.xml file, also Rimworld will create new settings xml file with default mod settings. So I do not see a good reason to allow to include local mods in such packs.
Well, I have a standalone mod pack creation and installation tool that is able to pack the whole mod folders with settings and install them in default Rimworld local mods and config folders. But it was written in tkinter and it is on Russian. If I receive several requests, I may publish it on English (no ETA).

Just like mod manager of Flutty, not only can used mod of steam for list,,but also local mod.And as far as I know, most people in China used local mod, because most of them pursue stable games. So I think this function is necessary.Whether you publish or not, thank you for your hard work

@HawnHan, well, I was in a hurry. There are still some issues with configs packing. Mod list packs/unpacks fine. Fix in next update, sorry.

I tried it before posting. It packs active mods configs to directory both of steam and local mods. Maybe it is a language barrier, please write down what do you expect it to do so we can solve the issue.

It would be very helpful if there were more explanation on how to make a local modpack. Do I have to save everything to my local mods folder? I like to make modpacks for myself and friends and it would be helpful to me if there were a way to point RimPy at a separate folder to store modpacks in because I often make many before settling on a stable collection. For example, I would like to have modpacks stored in "G:\modpacks" (just as example) and then I could choose to "install" a modpack to the local rimworld mods folder. Then when I want to make a new pack I would just uninstall that one and start a new one. This would be a great thing but I understand that it takes time which is precious.
