I am asking as my partner and myself have separate Steam accounts and have set it up that we can access both Steam accounts from one Windows account by using the following Target command in a second Steam shortcut:

%windir%\system32\runas.exe /user:<second Windows account> /savecred "Steam.exe -login <second Steam account> <second Steam password>"

It is possible to something like this with RimPy?

Really like RimPy, but to use it with our second Steam account we need to log into the second Windows account and then run RimPy from there. Which for my partner would be too much work for them to use RimPy on any regular basis. We do understand that the above allows us an easy method of play without having to switch Windows accounts all the time.

I have even tried the shortcut settings below with no luck. RimPy just crashes and tells me to look at the log files, but I cannot find any log files created from the application run.

Target: %windir%\system32\runas.exe /user:<second Windows account> "C:\RimPy_Windows\RimPy.exe"
Start In: "C:\RimPy_Windows\"

We understand this is a ease of use.

Lastly we are also assuming the crashing has to do with Windows/Steam account conflicts?
