Installing the manager on Windows.
I have to be missing something, both tutorials seem to be outdated and I cannot find any other resources to help get the install. A few others have asked how to download for Linux and some for Mac compatibility. Am I going insane? Where am I going wrong.

As far as I can tell, you need to use a different version, which i think is 1.2.6.28 right now. You can use the linux download link and scroll down to the version number 1.2.6.28 and expand "Assets" to see a version for Windows.
I don't know why windows was unmentioned on the steam workshop page.
