The moment i met my first planet state, graphics freaked out, like missing. if i zoomed in on the system the planet,s texture appeared over the entire monitor and hyperlanes dissappeared. think it's a mod conflict but not sure with what mod.

I'm missing text for Trade Pacts with the planet-states; it displays their string names, i.e. modifier_ps_pacifist_commercial_pact

Really strange, since I don't change any gfx/texture/whatever.

Good catch!

Maybe you should add the notice that if a player intends to invade the planet state, they have to build a starbase while their fleet and armies are in the same system.

Otherwise if they build the starbase and then move their fleets, armies or any other ship in the system - the starbase is automatically taken over control by the planet state.

EDIT: I can make a video showing this off if you'd like.

No need to make a video. I was wondering why the starbase was flipping to the Planet-State sometimes and couldn't consistently replicate this (unintended) behavior. You just helped me a lot, now I know what's happening!
