Unit Balancing Issues for Roman Faction

None of the cavalry units have horses or equivelant animal for their unit.

Garrison unit caps and not being given artillery when defending.

These mods are not present on workshop but they are all perfectly balanced and adapted to all my mods. They contain tons of additional units, new excelent visuals for Rome faction, new playable factions and much more.

All offical submods are fully updated for all dlcs and latest game patch.
