If you are having frequent random crashes in these areas, please post a comment and list what mods you have enabled along with Npcs Have Loot and what order they are in.

I am not experiencing this bug myself, so I'm having difficulty figuring out how to fix it. I am considering a patch mod that removes loot from NPC's in those areas to see if that fixes the problem.

Also, how up-to-date is your PC? If it is older and has 4 GB of RAM or less and is trying to run Win 10 and this game, that could be part of the problem. My hypothesis is having loot on the NPCs in those areas might be too much information for some PCs to process. Maybe reducing the amount of NPCs that appear in the game world might help.
