Kyoko Changelog
I'll use this for a changelog for now. Anyway, things that have changed in the recent updates:

(V6)
-Increased the size of her sprites from 125x125 to 150x150
-Decreased damage of down-smash and forward special
-Increased range of down special

(V7)
-Fixed offset issues on down smash and down special, so she doesn't float above the ground when using these moves

(V8)
-Fixed her up special; it now sends you into special fall after using it, and has a hitbox when she twirls in the air
-Fixed her down special, it now sends you downward when used in the air
-Increased speed of down special
-Fixed offset issues on up smash

(V9)
-Fixed up special, making it easier to recover with
-Adjusted hurtbox
-Adjusted hitboxes on various moves
-Fixed neutral special, so it can't be repeatedly spammed anymore

(V10, most recent version)
Major overhaul of Kyoko, thanks to being combined with Syris' version
-Neutral special is now a projectile; either a fast moving baseball or a slower but more hardhitting volleyball depending on how long you hold the button
-Previous neutral special has been moved to down special
-Back air changed to a simple back elbow
-Previous back air moved to up air
-Hitbox changes on various moves, mostly making them more in line with the actual animation
-Up special now sends you higher if you hit an opponent with the very beginning of the move
-Down air now has a pogo effect if you hit someone with it
-Forward special now keeps you in the air when you use it
-Sprites have been sized down from 150x150 to 128x128

Her latest update (V9) - combo jab 3 animation has her sprite off the ground.

the sprite size is a bit of an enigma; sizing her down makes her look very off and doesn't fit with the pixel count of the other characters (both official and workshop), but sizing her up makes her look better but instead makes her quite big... (personally, I preferred the 150x150 but that's subjective) I wonder if you can find a good balance between the 128 and 150 sizes (in the 130~140 range perhaps? idk)

(I highly like the updated moveset though)

I think maybe a bigger sprite size would help. She looks very off being so small
