Luigi's First Update! "Patch Notes"
Welcome to your new Luigi! There are still things I want to add (like a multi-jab) and tons of polish passes I still need to do as well (sfx, vfx, actual balancing) but at least here's an update for now!

-Made him slightly *more* slippery, in a way that makes him a bit slower / less in-control. A nerf for sure, but more accurate to the Luigi-feel.
-Modified Hitpause values in many attacks

-Significantly increased KB Growth of UStrong, FStrong, and USpecial
-Reduced end frames of FStrong
-Dstrong's frame data was improved quite a bit
-Ustrong's endlag was reduced significantly

-USpecial was made a few frames faster overall. Recovery height may have been slightly nerfed. Strong hitbox is still frame 5.
-USpecial deals 25/20 damage now if you're grounded/in the air
-Added more endlag to FSpecial (Side B) when you hit a wall. You can stall effectively against a wall by spamming this move, but can't actually climb it anymore.
-Grounded Side B's Sprite was lowered to line up with the ground better
-Reduced base knockback of the Misfire
-Down Special was given different VFX, 1.5x more hitstop, a slightly higher angle, and a 1.25x hitstun multiplier

-All tilts deal 7 damage now

-Nair's damage was reduced (12 -> 10)
-Bair's damage was reduced (14 -> 9)
-Nair's strong hitbox was given a hitstop scaling value of 1.3
-Nair was given a weak lingering hitbox
-Bair was given a weak lingering hitbox
-Upair was given a hitbox to better match its animation on frame 3, making its frame data BONKERS (scientifically speaking)
-Downair's sprites were modified a bit to make his legs look more prominent
-Downair's spike is now only a single-frame sweetspot, and the original hitbox now acts more like Melee Dair
-Downair's startup frames were reduced

-Taunt was immeasurably buffed

-Removed debug text
-Updated colors file so you should now have mostly working color swaps! Some sprites/frames need help with this still.
-Winscreen images were replaced
-May have missed some changes in this log, but it should mostly be accurate!

I like a ton of the changes. Just make sure his wavedash is bigger than literally everyone except icefloor etalus and I'll be happy. Also why the aerial move damage nerfs? Is this game's standard for attack damage in the air different than melee's? If it is than that makes some sense, but typically luigi's nuetral air did 15 if you hit with the initial frames then 8 later on.
