i was thinking cappy would be a simple move but with lots of potential. mario throws out cappy with his side b, and it will stay in place. pressing side b again will make cappy return to mario. the initial animation frames when cappy is thrown out can reflect projectiles. recalling cappy back doesnt require doing an animation, so it can be used in comboing.
I personally believe mario just needs to be sped up. He is really slow. moves come out LATE af
