Questions
Are usable Relics capped at 8? I currently have 10 but can't scroll to see the other two in relic window. Is this a resolution bug? Using Full screen Borderless.

Do command ships do anything special? Like fleet wide bonuses? If not, maybe a small bump to command limit, or any other stat to represent it's actually coordinating the fleet. A unique module for the ship slot. Currently I don't really know how it differs from a cruiser or battleship.

Do tachyon detection Grids stack? I assume they don't. The flavor text makes me think all my ships should be equipped to create a net. Like a small bonus stacking from multiple ships.

What is Tractor beam power? Do I only need 1 tractor beam per fleet or do I benefit from more?

Hmm, they should scroll. What resolution and UI multiplier are you using?

Command Cruisers and Battleships both share some base stats and are considered the same "size" if not type, but Command Cruisers gain utility slot space at the expense of weapon slots compared to Battleships.

Tachyon Grids won't stack as they're auras. The highest priority will win out.

Tractor Beam Power is used for some events - where a certain amount is needed to do an action.

3840 x 1600 , with 150% scaling. The relics cut off slightly on the border but I'm surprised I can't just mouse scroll.

Oh, I was also wondering how to finalize construction on Memory alpha? I don't see anything in the decision tab or features.

Will it ever be possible for this mod to have custom empire support?

Not easily, I suspect. You can do it by hand, but the in-game new empire editor will strip out important variables that the mod uses to control things like whether an empire can spawn in a given quadrant.
